Ma'anShan City Bo Da Jing Shen Machinery Co., Ltd. is a company specialized in the research of high~chromium alloy cast iron, high manganese steel, super high manganese steel and other wear resistant, heat resistant, and corrosion resistant castings. Our main products can be divided into 5 categories: high manganese steel parts, high chrome alloy parts, heat resistant alloy steel parts, 

carbon alloy steel parts and copper alloy parts.

 Most of our products are made of Mn13Cr2 and Mn18Cr2 and are applicable to many Chinese and foreign famous brand crushers such as Metso, Sandvik, Telsmith, Symons, etc. 

We have advanced production equipment to assure the outstanding quality of our products,our manufacturer  including 6 sets of 1~10 ton intermediate frequency induction electric furnaces, 1 set of 1.5 ton arc furnace, 1 precise production line, 1 model production line, 1 cold processing stamping production line, 2 sets of 20 ton heat treating furnaces, 4 sets of 3 ton heat~treating furnaces, 

10 sets of 800 ton lifting equipment, 1,500 ton hydraulic presses, 4 sets of 1.8~2.7m height milling machines, etc.

we are equipped with rich test and inspection facilities to perform the strict inspection and test analysis on products, including 1 set of American direct~reading spectrometer, 1 set of high frequency infra~red analyzer for carbon and sulfur, 1 set of metallurgical microscope and 1 set of equipment for mechanical performance and hardness inspection.
